Can these glasses be used for other spirits?
Yes. While they are designed with whisky in mind, they work just as well with any spirit where the aroma is part of the experience — bourbon, rum, brandy or a good tequila.
Can I use ice or whisky stones?
Absolutely. The glass is made to bring out the aromas and flavours of whisky enjoyed neat, but it is equally suited to whisky stones, ice spheres or large cubes. Neat, chilled or on the rocks, it works however you pour.
Can the glass go in the freezer?
Yes. Made from high-quality, lead-free glass, it holds up well to chilling and the risk of thermal shock is very low under normal use. If you like your glass frosted, you can keep it in the freezer with confidence. As with any glassware, avoid sudden extreme temperature swings.
Is the glass dishwasher safe?
Yes. It is safe to run through the dishwasher. To keep the glass at its brightest, a quick hand wash and dry brings out a little extra sparkle, but the dishwasher is perfectly fine for everyday use.
Is this a limited edition?
Each design in the Atelier Chen Singapore collection is produced in small batches, so the lineup rotates and pieces are not always restocked once they sell through. If a glass catches your eye, it is worth picking it up while it is available.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer free islandwide delivery across Singapore on every order, with tracking so you can follow your parcel. International shipping is not available at this time.
Can I return it if I am not happy?
Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If you are not satisfied, email care@atelierchen-singapore.com and we will arrange a refund or exchange.
