Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer free islandwide delivery across Singapore on every order, with tracking so you can follow your parcel. International shipping is not available at this time.

Can I return it if I am not happy?

Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If you are not satisfied, email care@atelierchen-singapore.com and we will arrange a refund or exchange.

What type of glass is it made from?

Our decanters are made from high-quality, lead-free glass. They are food-safe and can hold spirits, but are also designed to look stunning as standalone display pieces. Many customers use theirs both as a decorative piece and as a serving decanter for their home bar.

Is this a limited edition?

Yes. The design is produced in limited quantities, making the decanter a unique collectible for whisky enthusiasts and collectors.

Is this a good gift for someone who drinks whisky?

Does the decanter come filled with whisky?

No. The decanter is delivered empty, so you can fill it with your favourite whisky or other spirit.

What is the decanter's capacity?

Our decanters typically hold approximately 300 ml to 500 ml, depending on the design.

Each piece is crafted to preserve its unique shape and detailing, which may slightly affect the exact capacity, without compromising its functionality or presentation.

How do I clean the decanter?

Rinse with warm water and let it air dry. For a deeper clean, add a small amount of white vinegar with warm water, swirl gently and rinse thoroughly. Avoid harsh detergents or dishwashers.
